Welcome to Coby (the "Platform"), a software platform designed to support adult day care centers and related healthcare organizations with member management, authorizations, attendance tracking, billing workflows, claims management, and operational administration.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Platform operated by Coby ("Coby", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
The Platform is intended solely for licensed healthcare organizations, adult day care centers, managed care service providers, authorized administrative personnel, and billing and operational staff.
Coby provides tools and functionality including member management, authorization management, attendance tracking, claims generation and submission workflows, claims status tracking, billing support, document management, reporting, dashboards, communication tools, and integrations with third-party healthcare systems.
Coby is a software platform and not a healthcare provider, payer, insurance company, or legal advisor. Users remain responsible for claim accuracy, eligibility verification, billing compliance, and adherence to HIPAA and applicable laws.
Users are responsible for maintaining secure credentials and preventing unauthorized access. Coby may implement password requirements, account lockouts, audit logging, and other security controls.
The Platform may process PHI and healthcare-related information. Customers remain responsible for obtaining required consents and ensuring lawful use of PHI.
The Platform may integrate with third-party providers including clearinghouses, payer systems, eligibility systems, and AI services. Coby is not responsible for external service interruptions or inaccuracies.
Claim statuses, eligibility responses, and payer decisions depend on external systems and may change over time. Users remain responsible for reviewing claims and submissions.
All Platform software, workflows, branding, and content are owned by Coby or its licensors and may not be copied or redistributed without authorization.
Coby shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including claim denials, lost reimbursements, or business interruptions.
Coby may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
